The remote location of the hotel made it the perfect retreat after a long day of work. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, offering a welcome drink and second round of hot beverages at breakfast. The rooms were well lit and inviting, and the bathrooms were clean and comfortable. One of the best features is the hotel's use of solar panels, making it an eco-friendly choice for travelers.

In some rooms, cleaning was not finished in all areas and dust could be seen in places. There was also some inconsistency in the final inspection of the rooms before declaring them ready for arrival.

We rented bikes nearby and had a great ride around the lake. The owner was accommodating with a late check-in and welcome drink. We enjoyed the remote location which was still close to interesting sights. The room was well-lit and inviting.

the overall cleanliness of the facility was poor and our room had not been properly cleaned upon arrival.
